Vacancy Superintendent Piping Projects

We are looking for a piping project manager with a responsible and accurate work ethic. In the position you are ultimately responsible for the projects you are assigned. You manage the foremen, fitters, welders and subcontractors.

Function

Within the position, your responsibilities include:

• Preparation of projects
• Safety / work permits
• Directing and motivating the pipe fitters, welders and subcontractors in execution
• Quality
• Delivery time
• Project outcome
• Customer maintenance/aftercare

Your Profile

To be considered for the piping project manager position you must;

• Be able to independently measure/sketch Isometrics
• Have proficient understanding of PID schematics
• Knowledge of various materials such as stainless steel, Duplex, Superduplex, Titanium and C.S.
• To be able to work under construction codes such as; EN / ASME / PED
• Have experience with TIG welding and NDT work
• To be customer-oriented
• Be in possession of a driver’s license and VCA diploma
• Have leadership qualities
