To realize the desired piping system, the first thing to do is to conduct a thorough analysis. We look at what the necessary dimensions, temperature and pressure requirements are and determine what regulations are important. The elaboration of stainless steel piping is done precisely, taking into account the wishes, budget and situation of the end user.

Once the initial analysis is complete, the desired stainless steel parts are selected. Here we mainly consider the environment and requirements. Then the piping is fabricated in the desired manner. This can be by cutting, welding, bending or assembly. At Klip B.V. we use the most modern techniques to achieve an accurate end product.

Welding pipework is an important step in the process. Our welders perform this carefully according to procedures and standards. In general, we apply TIG welding to achieve the best results. In consultation, other welding methods are also possible. After welding, the stainless steel piping is thoroughly inspected. Any defects are immediately remedied.

If desired, surface treatment is performed. We do this by pickling and passivation, which improves the corrosion resistance of stainless steel. At the same time, contaminants are removed.

Finally, the piping is installed according to the specifications and supplied drawings. In doing so, our professionals take into account supports, thermal expansion and contraction. When the stainless steel piping is installed, we carry out extensive tests. In this way, we immediately find out whether the functionality is in order.
